Description
The multistate project system provides an simple mechanism for university, government, and private sector researchers and extension/outreach specialists to collaborate across state boundaries to achieve mutual objectives of regional or national scope. The Excellence in Multistate Research Award recognizes one such project each year that exemplifies this type of interdependent multistate collaboration. The funds associated with this award will assist the multistate project team in achieving its goals and objectives.
